Sobat500 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy for Malaysia

1Acceptance of Terms of Use

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to register and hold only one Sobat500 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name or a different name by the same person — are strictly prohibited. Sobat500 employs multiple technical methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be terminated immediately, with all balances and unclaimed winnings frozen.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date should any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Sobat500 account username and password secure. Sobat500 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. • Sharing your account login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning account ownership to another person is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Sobat500 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All accepted payment methods are as follows:

• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most gaming products on Sobat500. The specific minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method will be displayed during the deposit process. Sobat500 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made using the listed local Malaysian payment methods.

All deposits must be made from an account or eWallet registered in your own name. Deposits using third-party payment methods without written approval from Sobat500 are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposit.

Funds deposited into a Sobat500 account do not accrue interest. Any discrepancies in a deposit — including amounts that are more or less than intended — must be reported to the Sobat500 support team within 24 hours of the transaction.

5Winnings Withdrawal

Sobat500 is committed to processing member withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Withdrawals to local Malaysian eWallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and DuitNow are typically processed within 15 minutes of a successfully verified request. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 1 business day, depending on the receiving bank's policies.

Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method used must be the same as, or equivalent to, the deposit method used.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions are fully satisfied.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, household, device, or IP address, unless stated otherwise.
